Data Deletion
This data deletion policy ("Policy") describes how the personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") you may provide on the saveyourbestfriend.com website ("Website"), "SaveYourBestFriend" mobile application ("Mobile Application") and any of their related products and services (collectively, "Services") can be deleted.
Instructions
In case you want to delete your data from the app, please consider using the "Delete My Account" feature present inside the app or send us a mail at hello@saveyourbestfriend.com explaining the reasons for deletion along with the following information:
- Name
- Reason for Deletion?
- Did you commit any fraud on SaveYourBestFriend website or app? (Yes/No)
- You were harassed or abused on SaveYourBestFriend website or app? (Yes/No)
- You tried to ever harass or abuse someone on SaveYourBestFriend website or app? (Yes/No)
More Information
Please keep in mind that your account on SaveYourBestFriend along with all your activity will only be deleted if no further legal actions are required on your account. We perform a thorough analysis of your account before the data deletion happens & if something any kind of misuse/fraudulent/illegal activity was found to be conducted by you on our platform, another course of action will have to be taken instead.
When you registered on the SaveYourBestFriend app, you were asked to accept our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy. If your account is found to be abusing any of those terms/policies, a separate course of action rather than PII deletion will be taken.
If no issues were found with your account, we will delete all your PII within 7 business days post your confirmation.
